Guest Guidelines
Welcome to D' Zone Family Arcade
💳 1. Booking & Payments
- Please have your confirmation (email/text) and receipts ready upon arrival.
- A 25% downpayment is required to secure your reservation slot.
- All remaining balances must be paid using a Credit or Debit Card on entry.
- Cash is not accepted at the arcade.
- Bank transfers are not allowed for same-day payments or balance settlements.
- Late arrivals will result in reduced activity time to ensure the next booked time slot starts on schedule.
🚗 2. Arrival & Parking
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can start your session exactly on time.
Parking Policy
Parking on the compound is limited to 2 "VIP parking spots" strictly reserved for the person that booked the party.
All other guests must utilize street-side parking on Duke Street and/or Scott-Bushe Street.
Please observe all street signs when parking street-side. The arcade is not responsible for wrecked or clamped vehicles that do not follow street-side parking regulations.
👕 3. Dress Code & Hygiene
⚠️ SOCKS ARE MANDATORY
Everyone will be asked to remove footwear to enter the arcade. Kids play on the floor at the arcade, so to prevent the spread of germs, all attendees must wear socks (non-negotiable). Absolutely no bare feet permitted. For emergencies, we have socks on sale: $40/pair.
Not Permitted
*Sanitary/religious head coverings are allowed.
Gear Preparation
Opt for simple hairstyles and minimal makeup to ensure any wearable arcade gear fits securely and remains hygienic.
🏥 4. Health & Safety
- Stop play immediately if you feel dizzy or nauseated.
- Stay within designated play zones at all times.
- Caution is strongly advised for those sensitive to intense light or motion.
🎂 5. Age Requirements
6 Years Old:
Minimum age for players and spectators.
GUESTS UNDER 6:
Are not counted as players and cannot use equipment. Included in food packages. Must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.
🤝 6. Conduct
Please handle all equipment and furniture with care. We are a family-friendly zone; respectful and courteous behavior is mandatory for all guests.
🍕 7. Food & Drinks
Eating is strictly limited to the designated Snack Room.
Refreshments provided in our party packages are strictly for on-site consumption and may not be taken to go.
🎒 8. Personal Items
Keep your belongings safe. D' Zone Family Arcade is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
👋 9. Departure
Please help us keep the arcade tidy and vacate the premises promptly at the end of your scheduled session.
